Static preview

When opened locally or hosted without a backend, the forms store submissions only in your browser's local storage so you can test the experience. This data is not sent anywhere by the static preview.

Netlify Forms

The forms include Netlify-ready attributes. If the site is deployed on Netlify with forms enabled, submissions can be collected in your Netlify dashboard.

Email platforms

If you connect ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, HubSpot, or another provider, update the form endpoint and privacy language to match that service.

Important

Do not collect sensitive personal, medical, legal, or emergency information through the static forms. The framework is educational and not a replacement for therapy, legal advice, or crisis support.
